Prior to joining Baird, Mia served as a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Mia likes to travel and stay active both physically and mentally. The great outdoors is her temple. This includes swimming, cycling and hiking. Attending ballet and symphonies is also a passion. Among all the activities she’s participated in, she takes the greatest pride in having completed five Alcatraz Swims, including the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon in 2009. 

Bailey Ann Olson is a Client Assistant at Baird who supports Mario Perez and Mia Hershiser by managing client documents, requests, administrative tasks, and maintaining client records, all in a timely manner. With four years of experience in construction, Bailey holds a high school diploma earned in 2022, graduating with honors and a 4.02 GPA. While not holding professional certifications or engaging in volunteer work, Bailey enjoys reading, spending time near water, and being with family, and lives by the personal motto from Isaiah 43:19, “Never lose hope. Just when you think it’s over, God will make a way for you.”
