Bailey Ann Olson is a Client Assistant at Baird who supports Mario Perez and Mia Hershiser by managing client documents, requests, administrative tasks, and maintaining client records, all in a timely manner. With four years of experience in construction, Bailey holds a high school diploma earned in 2022, graduating with honors and a 4.02 GPA. While not holding professional certifications or engaging in volunteer work, Bailey enjoys reading, spending time near water, and being with family, and lives by the personal motto from Isaiah 43:19, “Never lose hope.
